We are very excited to announce our newest designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB): Bryce Pickering now holds the “Certified Green Professional” designation (CGP). He is one of less than 183 people in the State of Indiana that holds this designation.
To compliment this wonderful designation, Pickering Homes has hired Energy Diagnostics to independently test all of their completed homes to be 5+ Energy Star compliant. Pickering Homes gives a guarantee that all of their homes will be Green Certified by the NAHB using the ANSI-approved National Green Building Standard. A green certified home is a safer, more comfortable, energy efficient home that will save you money every month.
